Waiting time excelled the 15 to 20 minutes. Server took our order and brought our drinks out. From there things went down hill.... We waited and waited for our food. Finally my wife burger and fries were served. As for my boneless chicken wings and friesnever came out. I finally asked another Server about my order and our server finally came and asked did I get my food. I said noand that I didn't know it was going to take this long. Server was fine, only problem was we waited 10 minutes at the door with multiple workers passing us without asking why were... there until someone finally came up to seat us, then was handed sticky menus and was told the bar was the only area they wereseating and every table was cleaned off from dishes however they were all sticky/had wet spots from cups. Ended up choosing theleast worse option but after eating the food I hated my entire experience and will probably never come to this bdubs again. Read more
My only complaint is the noise level from all the tvs. The food is delicious, most delicious fries EVER, and wonder sauce... options. Servers go above and beyond to help you. Very clean. Bathrooms are clean. Great place. Read more
My most recent was not my besth experience. Service was a little slow but exemplary. They appeared to be short staffed. My wings... weren't the usual piping hot and the lemon pepper fries had a little too much salt on them. Everything was still very good, butI have come to expect greatness from BWs. Food and service is decent. We had a large group which can understandably be a challenge, but we had to remind our server... multiple times that we had ordered drinks. She wasn't behind or waiting on the bar, she had forgotten. Will still go back. Justhope for better service. Read more
To start, I?ve been going to this location for at least 3-4 years. The past 5 visits, my drinks have been served in dirty... glasses with other peoples food stuck on the side of my, as well as my friends glasses. Furthermore, my last visit was the laststraw. We sit down with our licenses out and order some beers and our food, yet our waiter Ambrose, takes our drink orderwithout even checking our ID?s. As the night goes on, the waiter, brought us our check before we finished eating. Having had twodrinks each - we asked for another drink and he seemed to be uncomfortable before crumpling the freshly made receipts up. Uponfinishing our meal and ordering another drink, Ambrose proceeds to target one member of our party and ask how much he had todrink and how drunk he felt. Then he decided that ?Since my manager isn?t here I won?t cut you off at 3 drinks.? Mind you, hesaid prior that his manager wasn?t present, he comes back and asks ?Please tell me you guys are 21? My manager says he mightcome check your IDs cause you guys look so young.? All of us being 23+ and already having had our licenses out already, wonderedwhy he?d even ask us that. After getting our last round, the waiter comes back and asks us ?on a scale of 1-10 how drunk areyou all?? The whole experience felt like an attempt of intimidation towards us because we were young. Wednesday night around 6. Maybe 5 people in the bar. Took forever to order anything. All we heard was the bartender complaining... of how she wants to go home and hates her job. All the servers hung around at the bar. Former employees showed up and starteddrinking and chatting, taking the service away from actual customers. Said I had a Togo order after our meal, never showed upfor the order nor asked if we needed anything as our drinks were empty. We paid and walked up to the Togo counter to order food.Best service was at the Togo counter. Gave this place another shot after previous bad experience, won't be back. Read more
My pre teen nephew is obsessed with football so this was his choice for our lunch spot. It was mid afternoon on a weekday so not... very busy at all. The food was great, we didn't get winds but burger and pork tacos. Service was good too, again they weren'tvery busy. A couple of things that could use improvement : no napkins or silverware were set with us by hostess or server. I hadto ask when the appetizer was dropped off. Also, the largest screen television was playing QVC shopping channel. I could haveasked for it to be changed of course but never thought of it when server was around. Just strange for a sports bar to have 5,000dollar diamond rings on a shopping channel be what's on their projection screen. Overall, great time though. Photo is of porktacos, which were delicious!
