They usually always get our order wrong and the last two times my chicken sandwiches were as hard as rocks and not edible.
My hubby and I dined in here for the first time in a real long time. The customer service was excellent. With that being said... unfortunately my husband's burger was almost tasted to salty for him to eat. But he ate it anyway because of the price being sohigh. Next, although they filled our fry container completely, we barely ate a handful of fries together because they were justto cold to eat. The only thing that wasn't a problem were our drinks and my jr. chicken sandwich. To say that our food wasn't noway in the vicinity of what he paid for it, is the understatement of the year. I went here after 10pm on a weeknight pretty much because everything else was closed and they were very busy in the Drive-Thru... and I'm sure they were not fully staffed so it took a while but my food was hot and fresh and the staff were very friendly. Read more
Had door dashed to this location this evening. We have sat here well over 10 minutes waiting on someone to answer. 5 minutes... more from the other lane. Employees outside and one girl seeming to work inside. Barely any communication, no apology. The girlassisting us was ok, not the best customer service. Was not a pleasant experience. Read more

Placed a order at drive thru I told the lady I had a coupon she rushed me to the WI dow without a total when I asked she kept... saying pull around pull around pull around, I got to the window she snatched my coupon and walked away leaving another cashierto take my payment very rude of her.
