Did a food delivery here through uber eats for another satisfying customer i went to drive n by speaker n lady said u can drive... arouns kr pull around n lark n come inside n get your order n i did she was very friendly n said to me have a great day n i saidyou wellnn handed me the customers meal asap with no problem n i went on my weary way to drop off my customers food deliveryorder. Pulled into the drive thru around 8:55pm..two trucks in front of us pulled away so we pulled up to the order window at 8:59 and... are told they are closed. Restaurant closes at 9pm NOT 8:57 or 8:58 or 8:59. I?ve worked fast food and if your in line you areserved. They turned away 2 cars before us stating they were closed and she wanted to argue with us about what time it was. Verypoor customer service. Read more
Arrived at 8 pm on July 1 2022, apparently they weren?t open in dining room even though front door was unlocked. We were met... with ? sorry we are only Doing the drive-through. ? door was locked abruptly behind us. After getting grey fish one too many times from other locations, I finally found this place and was so thrilled when everything... came out hot, fresh and just like it used to prior to 10 years ago. I wish all locations followed this ones example. They aredoing things right and it shows! Read more
Welp have to change my previous review. Waited over 30 minutes just to get 1 piece of burnt catfish, 3 pieces of RAW battered... fish!, Missing hush puppies, NO toppings on my "loaded" baked potatoes...which were hard and undercooked. I will be in tommrowfor a full refund Read more
