Horrible do not order delivery through the app. They messed up my order which was someone else's food right before a huge exam.... They told me to reorder the missing items and they would refund them. I reordered them and never got refunded for either orderof them. Talked to the manager and he said he was busy and needed to go. It's hard to complain about Chick-fil-A as from the moment you enter the property the customer is why it exist. The drive, while... busy, is extremely designed for a fast traffic flow, and within ten seconds of entering in my car, and was greeted by one of themany employees, who took my order. While very business-like, she put me at ease, listened intently, extremely polite, and veryefficient while making me feel good that I came to the right place. After getting my money, my next step was to get my order. Inmy car continuously, I didn't have to stop at a window and speak to someone I can't always see or hear very well and no speakinginto a microphone. My order was almost ready in the moment I drove around to the other side. I think I was at Chick-fil-A lessthan 3 minutes. I had to wait extra long for a mobile pickup but only because someone stole it. We don?t normally eat chili fil a because we don?t agree with their religious affiliation, but today I was in for a carry out... order. I witnessed one of the younger male employees simulate bashing the cashier over the head with a tray, unbeknownst to herand an older male employee physically touch a younger female employee as she was walking to meet a friend. If this is yourculture, I know why we don?t eat there and if I was the manager I was consider letting your ?male? employees know that they donot have the right to touch or physically threaten their fellow female employees, even in jest.
