Delicious! The best fast food chicken sandwich in town. This is the newest Chick-fil-A in town and I have to say that it is well... designed. There is easy access, with 2 different ways to enter or leave from Harrodsburg Rd (one entrance directly before andone entrance directly after at the light). I was able to place my to go order through the drive through and received my food andwas on my way back home within just a few minutes. The workers were so friendly and helpful as we all have come to expect fromChick-fil-A. Don?t you wish that all fast food chains would hire and train workers to their level? If I could have given 0 stars I would have done it!!!!!!!! This location has been the worst location in multiple states I have... EVER had to deal with. From their ?we do not do no salt fries? to half sweet and half no sweet tea being lemonade. But todaybroke me, after flying all day to get home, my wife and I stopped by this location to place and order through the dive throughfor the family, got all the way home to Versailles only to realize the sandwich I ordered and paid for on the receipt was notin the bag?. This is the NEWEST CFA in my area! You know, thus company never ceases to amaze me!!! Always improving whether for the customers... or employees. I pay attention to the work flow, their work space, how they are protected from weather, etc. My daughter & I flew(literally) thru the MOBILE order drive thru lane recently. I was confused at first because 1-it was different, 2-it was sofreakin' fast! The VERY pleasant 20-something year old lady brought us our order. I was so flustered I rolled down my passengerside window and my baby girl ???????? stuck her head out like it was for her! The young lady cracked up! Then, I went to checkthe order in the bag and my daughter grabbed it out if my hands," Aw nah! Don't you insult her like that! Oh no! No insultshere-you KNOW our order is RIGHT! I hope she didn't see you!" ???? Per CFA usual, right down to the napkin count was correctwhen we pulled our food out to eat! I've said this for years---all restaurants need to learn CFA customer service skills,efficiency, production, logistics, management. When I retire I think I'll work there! The Harrodsburg road location is definitely the exception to the rule when it comes to chick fil a?s great customer service. The... service is absolutely awful. You can see them standing in there hanging out while you are waiting forever IN THE EXPRESS LANE.Not to mention the attitudes. The girl who handed me my food literally laughed at my frustration.
