Current special is the best deal for the money in town. On the back of the menu they are currently offering a pick 3 for $10.99.... The deal includes the bottomless chips and salsa, a salad, or a bowl of soup for a starter course. You then get to choose anentree with any side of your choice (I had the old fashioned burger with fries and it was great). The deal also includes anydrink of your choice. In my opinion, that is a lot of value for $10.99! The restaurant was clean and we received excellentservice on this visit. The employee who delivers takeout orders. (Blonde girl) I work to deliver food to customers. The restaurant system followed.... When we arrive we write the parking number and the restaurant employee is supposed to go out to deliver the order to thecustomer, but this employee does not do her job well and more than once the order is ready and she does not go out to deliver The order and she is busy with the mobile or with the rest of the employees and today I had a request and she was outside therestaurant I called her more than once and she heard me but she did not care what I wanted. I ask the manager, please, to placeanother employee who has good dealings with customers. Read more

We had great service - promptly seated , attentive server and delicious food. Our server was quick to take care of concerns. She... came back and checked with us because not all of orders came up and was quick to make a change when the kitchen sent out a wrongside. Definitely won't be back to a Chili's. We went in at 9pm (the door said they closed at 10pm) and a worker looked at us and kept... sweeping. When she was done she came over and gave us a table but made sure to be really cold about it. I worked in restaurantsfor years so I thought maybe the closing time on the door was posted wrong and that's why she was being so cold and obviouslyput-out by us. I asked what time they closed and she said they were open for 1 more hour. Not sure why she had to be rude ifthey were open for a full hour after our arrival. I ordered the nachos to share and my husband ordered the burger. His burgerseemed okay although very stingy with the fries. My nachos were... not what I was expecting. When the waitress brought them weboth were kinda surprised and thought that maybe it was a mistake. There were exactly 12 chips - so at $10 this means I paidnearly $1 PER CHIP! Revisited to give another chance. Raised to 3 star as this time had better service. Went inside to ask for table and was told... on a Sunday evening around 7 it would be 15 to 20 mins. Seated at five minute mark ???? server greeted us quickly and had chipsand salsa within 4 minutes ???? ordered chicken Cajun pasta and tacos. Food was served hot and was delicious. Logan our waiterwas pleasant and made sure drinks were filled. Rated a three star mainly because it was a slow night it appeared and stillwonder if it was busy how would service be? All in all, I feel it was a far better trip than before. Previous visit 1star Went by myself to have a simple dinner at bar. Bartender was unable to acknowledge me and too busy being mad. Asked to beseated in restaurant after 10 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Service terrible and give it a one justbecause richmond road is far better. Went on a Friday night around 730. They were pretty busy and we waited 15 minutes. We did the 2 for 35 which is a great deal. We... got the guacamole, burger, chicken fajitas, and chocolate molten cake. Everything was good except the burger which came out soburnt I don't think a dog would've eaten it. Our server Jess quickly agreed the burger was well over done and she took the plateaway and got us margarita chicken instead which was great. I was pleased with the visit overall. Read more
I always enjoy my meal here. The enchilada soup is my favorite. Tasty cocktails. Good kid's menu.
