Had a good experience. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The food was good It was a bit of a line,... but they added another person to help him out. I eat here about one to two times per year. I went here when it first opened and was really well managed back in the early... 2000s. Today, there were 8 employees working. Only one was working the food line. Took a while to get service. The food waswatered down as well. Hopefully, these reviews will help management improve the experience for customers. Read more

I hadn't had a chance to try the food at this place, and once I did I "loved it" everything felt freshly prepared, hot, not... greasy, the meat was perfect, it just amazed me. I love Chipotle but this location always leaves something to be desired. With the current situation, I can say that everyone is... feeling staffing pressures! That being said, their service at this particular location is seemingly slower. Staff is not alwaysfriendly, though I did happen to get one of the young ladies working the line to smile. My 1st visit since I moved here last month was yesterday! An absolutely terrible experience! There is no sense of urgency during... the 12pm to 2pm lunch rush! The cook is beyond slow at getting the items needed to prepare the food so it holds up the line! Thepeople fixing the food are ridiculously confused and slow! I?ve been in Chipotle?s with lines out the door cleared up in 15minutes! The management needs an upgrade!! You need a business oriented, customer focused leader to successfully run thisestablishment! Not only was there no guac at 7:45, but there were no Waters or lemonade available and the chips were oily. Not in a soggy way,... but in a laminated way. They were edible but ... Edit: Husband reports that there was vomit in the men's bathroom sink. Read more
It's a typical chipotle and consistent with the product and quality. This location is skimpy on the food. They give you a little... serving of rice, beans, meat and cheese but give you plenty of ATTITUDE. They do not restock the food on the line and try tocheat you out of your portions. It's always messy like a hurricane just blew in and needs to wipe the counters and tables downmore often. Read more
