Ordered at 4:30. At 6:00 called and canceled the order, got the usual "we are swamped and only have 1 driver" excuse. At 6:30... our order shows up. According to their app the order had not left the store at 6:00 so why send it after we canceled it? Thisis not the first time this has happened. I can't say with certainty how often it happens but I'm guessing about half the time. So congratulations Domino's you are off our list of pizza places. Read more

This is exactly how my kids pizza looked when I opened the box. Plus it was cold. Domino's Pimlico parkway. I call and tell... them... Tony proceeds to tell me. That there's no way it was cold because it came straight out the oven to me. Forgetting thathe talked to me about 20 minutes before and told me my pizza was sitting on the rack waiting for the driver to get back anddeliver it. SHAME ON YOU TONY FOR TRYING TO LIE TO ME! Ordered food a little after 630, food arrived at 730, my order was wrong so I call and simply said what was wrong with my order,... no problem, order redone and didn't arrived till almost 9pm. Food was cold and dried out and the sandwich wasn't made correctly.Domino's has always done good but this time was a complete failure. Read more
Order was placed online. I arrived about 5 minutes before anticipated ready time. I was told it was still in the oven and would... be out shortly. I sat across from the counter, waiting for my order. While watching,I observed the young land working thecounter actually pick up an incoming call and immediately hang up, without saying a word to the caller. I guess this store doesnot need the ordered that would come in over the phone. I finally got my order about 7 minutes after the projected due time. Read more
