I really like this place, I would definitely recommend it. I have ordered from here several times and it's always been just... perfect. They do a fabulous job despite the fact that they seem to be under staffed (college kids this is a great place to workand besides it build character it's time to go back to work) I really appreciate how my order is always consistent and Iappreciate all the handwork thank you Ashland and Main Donatos. I truly love their food but the service is less than delightful at this location. I typically buy a side salad...comes with 1... dressing.....bought a large dinner salad (twice the size) and it came with 1 dressing. So I asked for another and was told Iwould have to pay and he was so rude about it. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. Read more
Manager was extremely rude and hung up. I live in NY try to surprise my daughter at her dorm with a pizza. When I ck my... daughter never received it, they try to call me not her when I advised the manager I left her phone he said he didn?t take theorder and hung up. After ordering for our entire office, over $100 worth of food we had 1 pizza missing(of course the birthday girls pizza). Called... to let them know and have it brought to us. The person said yes it?s right here, sorry. We then received the pizza and as youcan see it was either dropped or the delivery driver got hungry and ate a piece on his way. The manager on duty was ABSOLUTELYterrible. I had to ask for a refund, barely got that for the one pizza. Did not even offer to bring yet another one. TERRIBLETERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not go here.
