Bagel was hard and chewy. Worst I have ever had. I had high hopes at 5am this would hit the spot. Straight to the trash... instead. Very friendly servers however. Read more

Complete waste of money! So skimpy with the meat & cheese AKA a "wish sandwich" - you wish there was something in it. Keep your... money and go somewhere else Grilled Cheese, and Chicken, Bacon stuffed. Read more

At 5:30 in the morning, they had no bagels, no eggs. Poor business

I am rating three stars becuase when we visited this location at Lexington Airport, they were almost out of everything. Choices... were some donuts in the case, a couple sandwiches and about 75% of beverages available. Not the fault of the workers they weremoving very fast, working hard and the wait was small. They did a great job. Read more

There were four people behind the corner with a line well through the doors while only ONE person ran register... latte machine... was down so the only drinks you could get were flavored black coffee. I ordered a vanilla coffee and it looked like coloredwater. So I asked for more vanilla syrup.... I also order a 5 count glazed munchkin and strawberry donut. Munchkins were staleand hard and the strawberry donut was melted with icing that was definitely terrible and an odd color. Staff seemed to not bevery knowledgeable and didn?t seem to care. It seemed as an inconvenience for them to be there and they definitely do not enjoytheir job. Would not recommend. Spent $11 for something I can?t eat or drink. Awesome. Read more
