Came at 11:30 for lunch. Nice lady working the window/order menu. The food is FRESH right now for me. Hot and 10/10 yummy. I?m... full on breadsticks so I?ll eat my pasta later. It looks so good though! Read more

I was healing from some dental work and was not able to speak clearly. The lady who helped me was very nice and patience as she... listened to my mumbled speech. She was very patient as she confirmed that there is pork in the meat sauce and meatballs. Iwalked out with my spaghetti and marinara and an italian ice. Read more

I genuinely wish I could give worse than a one star. This isn?t my first bad experience here. The first time I came in for lunch... and the cashier was extremely rude and yelled at me when I asked for a to go box. ?I?ll get it when I have the time? she says. Iwent through the drive through today just waiting at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order took 10 minutes . Therewas 4 cars behind me and they all left because of the time it took. Finally make it to the window to get my food, but no I haveto pull forward and wait for 30 more minutes while I watch people inside get their to go orders very fast and leave. Worstservice I could?ve ever imagined. Will never be going back. Read more

I had an awful experience at this location today. The man in the kitchen was very kind and he helped me quickly. But the woman... working the counter was the absolute rudest human I've encountered in as long as I can remember. As soon as I walked in thedoor, she was already visibly upset that I was even there at all. I'm autistic and have auditory processing issues which causedme to misunderstand the question she immediately barked at me upon entry. I quickly realized what she actually said andapologized and gave the answer she was looking for, to which she responded by throwing her arms up in the air in frustration, rolling her eyes, and scoffing in the most aggressive tone that, "That's what I just asked you." I was literally stunned. If youget angry that easily and are unable to treat others with kindness and professionalism, then a job working with the publicsimply is not a good fit for you. Maybe try an office job where you don't have to interact with others if you don't have thepatience for it. It's already extremely difficult for many people who have disabilities like autism to go out in public at alland people like her only make it harder. I'd suggest sensitivity training, but it seems like she just needs decent human beingtraining in general. Read more
