Absolute best Fazolis in Lexington. Customer service was perfect and the workers were friendly. The food was on point as well.
Manager was EXTREMELY rude. Said they lost my initial order. Blamed it on me ... I should have waited in my car...and food was... cold/30 mins after it was made it was "found". The woman working the front was fantastic though. She overcompensated for hisactions. Read more

I hope that this gets to the right person. I?ve been having a rough couple of months and today it finally got to me. I don?t... like crying in front of others but as I was ordering my food at the Palomar Fazoli?s in Lexington, I was on the phone ventingand crying. The kind young lady at the drive thru window has a heart of gold. When I drove off, I found a slice of cheesecakewith a beautiful note attached. This act of kindness will never be forgotten.
