Since going gluten free a year and a half ago, my southern soul has been seeking, nay, yearning for a soft and delectable... southern biscuit. This morning, I'm convinced my Appalachain ancestors, tired of my weekend mornings and groanings for a biscuitthat isn't as dense as a rock, led me directly to gluten free miracles. The biscuit sandwich I recieved was the lightestbiscuit I've ever had (even before going gluten free!) and took me back to a time when I watched my mamaw hand roll biscuits inher sun soaked kitchen.
