Would be a 5* if they were open earlier. While most people are at work by 7am or 8am this breakfast/lunch business is still... closed leading myself an other customers to different options. It seems they lack the drive to serve the actual breakfast crowd.They do have a great product just seems they are missing the actual potential business they could have. I'm a big fan of Great Bagel. But you need to have the right expectations when you go. If you go at 11:00am on a Saturday, there... is a good chance they won't have the most popular bagel you want (that is expected). You need to find the right niche for yourorder. If you're going late in the morning consider getting one of the breakfast sandwiches on a more savory bagel. There"American" on a Everything Bagel is MONEY, and they never usually run out of those bagels. If you're wanting something sweetwith a sweet cream cheese (their cream cheese is excellent), then consider that you will probably need to go in earlier for thatsince it's very popular. One thing that is really good that you might not know is their cold brew. I was shook when I tastedhow good that stuff is, I mean it's next level cold brew if you ask me. Give it a try! I?ve been a frequenter of the woodland location for years... this new place opened up and it has the same small quaint vibe,... same great bagels with a great ambience for conversations. Super delicious and filling breakfast sandwich bagels. Highly customizable too. I had a French toast Bagel with egg, bacon,... cheddar, and tomato and I would highly reccomend. Service was very friendly and fast. The space was spotlessly clean. A greatexperience and highly reccomend it. Read more

Really good stuff, very convenient for me, since I live so close, it's nice to have someplace in the area to get breakfast, the... other options are prepackaged or not as easy to get to. They are a little on the pricey side, but the quality makes it worth thecost. The staff are friendly and helpful, I haven't full got the menu down, they have directed me in the right way.
