First time for me but not the last. We dined outside and had excellent service from DEV . Very personable, knowledgeable and... helpful with suggestions. 3 of us shared The Don and it was prepared as I asked . Dough was top quality and the just rightthin crust complimented the yummy toppings. Pleasant surprise. Read more

We haven't eaten at a Grimaldis in over a year. So glad we found one and we're all super excited to have some. As we expected... this pizza was awesome. The clust was super crispy, the pizza had little flop, the pepperonis were crispy, sauce was on pointand the cheeses was perfect. We got the large ceaser salad before the pizza and even the kids liked it. The whole family feastedand over ate cause we haven't had this good of pizza in a long time. We did have 1 issue with the soda having zero carbonation.I was going to take a star off for it but the pizza and service made up for it. The restrooms were clean and we really likedthey decorated for Halloween. Hope we get to go back before we leave town. Read more

We did a take out order of the Don and the Garden Pesto. We placed the order online and it was boxed and ready when we arrived... at the designated time. Pizza was delivered somewhat inefficiently- with severe orders being delivered one pizza at a time.Waited about 5 minutes between pizzas. Pizza quality was superb, the little pepperonis were very flavorful and the cheese wasdelicious. Toppings were plentiful and the crust was crispy and delicious with just the right amount of chew. I could post apicture of our empty box because we dove in and ate it all so fast that I didn?t get a picture! Will order again! Read more

Definitely not as good as it used to be and not on par with other Grimaldi's we have ordered from in the past in other states.... There was literally maybe one ounce of sausage on the entire large pizza. Not sure if they were just running low or its aninflation thing and they are now serving much much less toppings on their pizza. Such a disappointment. Read more

I felt I was back in New York dining here, despite being in Lexington, Kentucky. Great pizza, just like the original.

Nice antipasta. Good pizza. True coal fired oven prepared fresh. A bit on the high side for pizza but it's prepared well.

I have been to the original Grimaldi's in Brooklyn, years ago. I was so excited when I heard that they were opening a location... in Lexington! Our pizza and service were excellent. We were originally going to do a half and half larger pizza, since myhusband likes lots of meats on his pizza. Our server advised us that with the number of toppings we were ordering it would becheaper to get two smaller pizzas, and we really appreciated that tip! We will be coming back for more delicious Brooklyn pizzasoon. Read more

We had The Don pizza and each ordered a small salad. All of the food was wonderful! Small salad easily feeds two people! Cheese... on pizza was stringy like the old pizza days of my youth! Service was great and price was reasonable...although adding bacon tothe 16 inch pizza was $4, a little steep. Will definitely be back! Read more
