We went for our lab Christmas gathering and based on the reviews, I was not expecting that much. But it turned out a pleasant... option. Had brunch on Saturday, Dec 3. 9 adults, 3 small children and a baby. Jordan L was server, and extremely patient and pleasant... with this large crew. Variety of menu items ordered. Servings were ample to very large. Food quality was generallyexcellent. One of the best burgers I have had anywhere, anytime was here. Bourbon barrel breakfast was more than a largemeal. My mother, sister and I went here for our girls night out. We had a reservation so we got seated pretty quickly and had our... drinks and appetizer out at a decent time. We put in an order at 6:35. There were approximately four other tables besides ourown. At 7:15 we wondered where our waitress was and why she hadn’t come to ask on drink refills or give us an update on food.We had to go to the bar to order our second drink. At 7:45 we got our food. As someone who has been a waitress for four years, Iwould loved if staff or management would have updated us on the status of our meals. Perfect roasted chicken breast with rice and mushrooms, which I ordered “no butter”. Loads of flavor-super delicious and... perfect portion. Lunchtime was nearly empty on a Friday and service oddly apathetic. No offer of refilled iced tea, and a checkdelivered before asking for dessert or coffee. First off, the service was outstanding. Our server Mo was kind, courteous and informative. The food was delicious, however don't... go hungry. Really small portion sizes. And DEFINITELY order an appetizer because it took 35 minutes for our food to arrive.First time trying quail. It was amazing, but a tiny bird. Especially for $18!
