Hot and Ready? More like Frozen and Uncooked. I?m sorry, but the Richmond Road little ceasers is nothing but a disappointment.... Twice my family has picked it up recently, and it looks like they threw the food in a microwave for not even thirty seconds. Thecrust was white, cheese had no color, and the pepperonis were practically frozen on. If anybody considers going here, do not.Trust me, there are way better places nearby. Read more

I'm so done with little cesars on Richmond road in Lexington ky. Ok I went to order 2 cheese pizzas and the Italian bread with... sauce paid for it and was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes last night so tell me why I sat there from 9pm to 10 pm and still hantgotten my food. The doors were locked so I call the first time oh it's coming up they say nothing I call a2nd time they say ohsomething was messed up we will bring it out in a few minutes nothing still then a car next to me had gotten there's I had toyell for the man to ask again where my food was he said he would check and he came out asking where my receipt was cause theycouldn't find the order then came out again to tell me sorry for my wait it's coming they had served it to someone else andthroughout that brought a free 2 liter and I guess thought that was good enough but let me tell y'all that was horrible and Iwill never ever ever go through that again. It was long and not handled well at all and I believe if I never called in therethey wouldn't have even checked on me to see if I was ok or not. It was a very bad experience and all in all just wrong. So nothanks I'd rather make a frozen generic pizza than go to them for anything. Read more
Is it the pizza equivalent to Ramen Noodles? Sure! But, it?s hot, edible, and only gives me explosive/uncontrollable diarrhea... maybe 1 out of every 5 times. So that good lads, deserves 5-stars all day in my book. Read more
I have come to this location many times after work and every single time I've set in the drive through for 20 minutes with less... than 5 cars ahead of me. There's no way to leave the drive through once you enter because there's there's a curb and orangestick things circling the whole drive through. Also, the last 3 times the pizza was at least an hour old as the crust hard andthe pizza was barley warm. . My 20z diet Mt dew has never been cold. This location is usually very busy when I go. This last time they were completely slammed and still kept healthy attitudes and a... fast pace. Pizza has always been fresh. The actual drive thru layout could be tricky for first timers. Read more
I ordered pizza from this location but what I received wasn't quite that as it was missing sauce and cheese. I naturally called... the store and no surprise the people there were just as unhelpful as the pizza with no sauce or crust. So I think oh I will callthe help line on the box. The gentleman in the phone while nice and did offer me a refund was just as unable to remedy mypizza-less situation. I'll be using dominos from now on they might cost a few dollars more but when you order pizza they atleast will get something resembling pizza to you. Read more
