Normally the Hamburg location is very well staffed and the product is great.My issue, however, is with the service. When the... younger staff is working without an older adult present the service is 95% of the time sub-par. I went today and two young menwere working at the front of the stand. I told them what I wanted while the two continued to have a conversation that was notexactly appropriate for customers to hear. After my shaved ice was ready for flavor the boy doing the pouring allowed the ice tosit there for about 2 minutes while he continued to shoot the breeze with the other boy. Finally he started making my flavorcombination and shorted me on flavor! Not impressed with my service today. Read more

We love this little Shave Ice stand, and it is truly Hawaiian Shave Ice. They have improved on pricing and added additional... sizes that makes me happy to give them our business. The workers are always friendly, and you get quite a bit for the price. Thevariety of flavors and topping makes our family quite pleased, and I hope they keep adding to their selection. It would be greatif they added mochii balls as a topping one day!! Give this place a visit. It is a great little addition to Hamburg. Read more
