I called and made an order for delivery for an office lunch and was helped by Kaylyn (sp - so sorry!). She could not have been... kinder, more helpful, or more thorough in her assistance. In a world where it has become rare to have someone take the time totreat you kindly and help you in a way that makes you feel like you are valued, Kaylyn went above and beyond. Update 9/23/2022: We received a $50 credit from an owner with an apology. Apology accepted. We used the credit for round 2... just to see if they got better and you know what they did. So maybe that day was just a fluke or a bad cook that day. Thispizza was far better this time. So I think the note to self is, don't order in advance, just order when you are ready. We havenow gone back a few additional times as well. No longer a 1 star. Update 8/4/2022: As you can see in the comments the "owner"ask for more information via email. As of this date they still have not responded to my email sent that same day. BE WARNEDthis is not a customer friendly place when they mess up your order. In one word, horrible! Look at this burnt pizza. Tried toget a replacement the next day but the manager Todd wanted me to drive back down there with the pizza. I sent him a picture andTodd refuses to reply. I got a vegetarian pizza and the taste was horrible. It tasted like all the vegetables had been watereddown and no. seasoning and zero flavor. By far the worst pizza joint ever. I ordered 3 large pizzas on Sunday night and was told 30-40 minutes it would be ready and when I arrived 35 minutes later, I had... to wait an additional 25 minutes for my pizza just to find out that my order was done all along and the employee just overlookedmy name. By the time I got home (12 minutes away) my pizza crust was hard and the pizza was just old tasting. This is the secondtime something has happened here.
