The soda machine delivers warm soda, ruining the flavor. Management has known about this for months but refuses to fix it.
Versailles Rd Mcdonalds has 2b the worst one in the entire staye of ky! Ive had so much go wrong at this location, I'd be typing... for 2hrs if i got n2 even ½of it. Ive called corporate TWICE n the past 6 months about a couple of the more major problems,which was a complete waste of time. I was assured a supervisor would be contacting me which never happened either time. Doyourselves a favor and hit Harrodsburg Rd cuz McD's is the only place to eat other than the taco trucks over here (which r yummybut one gets sick of em after awhile) & theyre rude, they overcharge (I paid $5.19 for 2 pumpkin creme pies last wk!) theyrarely get the order right, theyre always out of at least one thing youll try to order, theyre cheap (I asked for extra napkins& was told if i wanted more than 3 extra, theyd have to charge me for them because "paper products have gotten pretty expensive"????& if u go at pm, its dangerous because apparently their light bill has gotten too high, which is why its pitch black- ESP atthe drive thru, after 8pm & they dont care about their customers or what opinion we have of their restaurant. This location is sold hot and cold. I just got a chicken nugget meal. They took it upon themselves to ring it up with no sauce.... When I asked for sauce I was charged. Get home and guess what? No sauce. Nobody wants to be that person holding up the drivethru because they have to check to make sure everything is there. Teenagers that work there get it right. Its the grown adultswho act clueless. Read more
Really tired of going to this McDonald's. 9:20pm and I'm being told they do not have ice cream. The excuse I get is "if the... machine gets any lower it will break"? I said to the girl you mean you have already taken the machine apart for the nightscleaning...don't lie. Pulled up and looked in the window and I was correct. The manager was standing next to the machine brokendown. Just say we want to get out of here and and our hours of operation are at our discretion and not what is posted. I neverwrite reviews ...but this has happened to me numerous times. Bad business. Two very rude employees at 6:30pm on 7/16/22 at the window. I said my large fry is only half full and it was $5 bucks. She... slammed her phone got more then said ?here? and closed the door.. . The main rude employee had braids and was female and wasAfrican American and her rude associate had short blonde hair and was also African American hope the customer service hereimproves. Big Mac meal was good. I ate inside, there wasn't many people there so didn't take long for food to be prepared. Lobby wasnt... nasty but it could've used some cleaning, the bathroom could've used some attention as well. Food was warm not hot! Read more
Stay away! They have roaches and the shake machine is dirty; Management is rude and the restaurant is unclean. Just avoid this... location all together. Read more
