I enjoyed this McDonald's experience more than most of them. I was craving ice cream even though it was cold out, but decided to... ask if the machine was broken BEFORE ordering, so as not to be disappointed after ordering. When asked if the machine wasworking, the manager informed me that "it is always working" and got a good laugh from myself and the other customers in line. Because, let's face it, they are normally "broken". I got my ice cream, and they get a good review.... everybody won thisday. 10/10 will go back. Read more
They continue to mess up orders. How hard is it to fill a cup with half sweet half unsweetened tea and make a plain hamburger... with only muster and pickles ???? And these people want $16 an hour to mess up orders 100% of the time. Read more
What is wrong with the manager here. He was nice , but He got so upset and closed the window in a very rude way. And said bad... words to us. when I said please pull your pants up, we got to see the whole moon view when he band. I think people need todress more professional. We have my little girls that day. I don't understand why if you in a manager position has to use thepants down and show your most of your underwear. The food was ok, and he seemed to be nice,but He got very violent ???? . Read more

I had to deal.with waiting in line for a while to get my customers felivery n then couldnt get it because thier system was... messed up n had to cancel my food delivery for customer for uber n i also reported them how long they took n i bout went off nkept my cool n had to call customer care on them through uber eats uggh......???????????????? McDonald?s has completely gone downhill. Inside lobby hours are only from 9 AM to 3 PM. And when you go in you have to use the... kiosk. Not to mention while I was doing that. you?re doing that I had to help two elderly people that had no idea how to workit. At least give a special line to senior citizens. Maybe if the state would cut off the unemployment to people who are able towork. Things might change Read more
