Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. The dining room hours say they are open until 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday, but it?s Thursday... at 9:20 p.m. and the doors are locked. After myself and a bunch of other cars waited in the drive-thru lines for a good 5+minutes with no service in either lane, the first thing they say is they only are accepting cash. Of course the one thing I wentthere for, a sundae, was unavailable because all of the ice cream machines (along with the credit card machines and dining roomdoors) were also ?down.? TLDR: 45 minutes, a phone call and a trip inside just to get someone elses order pushed on me at less than half of what i... ordered. Easily the worst mcdonalds that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Today was my worst and last experiencehere. I had an app order. Went through drive thru, gave code, got receipt. Last window. They gave me my drinks and asked me topull up and wait on food. Whatever, it happens. 15 minutes go by, several cars going through drive through with no issues. I hadmy young daughter in the car so was trying to be patient and didn't want to go in. Actually broke down and called therestaurant. They completely blew me off. Ten more minutes and I finally pulled into a spot, got my daughter out of the car seatand went inside. Several minutes went by before anyone would help me. Showed my receipt, told my situation. Employee said theyare working on order. 5 more minutes and she gives me someone else's similar order but definitely not mine. Wrong drinks andhalf the food I ordered is missing. Even after showing the order is wrong, they refused to accept it and just walked off. I tooksomeone else's order that they gave me because there was a happy meal and my daughter was hungry. Proceeded to email corporateand let them know. I will drive to the other side of town to get my daughters occasional happy meal from now on if I have to. Read more
Worst mcdonalds experience ever. People didn't listen at all when I was ordering. Kept asking me what I said over and over again... even though i was pretty much yelling. Got to the second window to get my food and was given someone else's order. I gave itback and the guy asked me what I had and I told him but he didn't even know what the number 7 was on the menu. After I finallygot what i thought was the right order, (i shouldve checked but that's not my job) I went home only to realize that they stillscrewed up my order. No wonder the line was wrapped all the way around the building. You have people inside that can't listenand don't even know the menu people are ordering from. Wish I could give a zero stars because honestly these people don't evendeserve minimum wage. Simplest job in the world and they can't even listen to people correctly. Read more
Went inside and was blown away with how small the area was for a place with a play place. It was newly should to shoulder with... about 12 customers. Immediately left. I think there might have been a bigger area by play place, but it was doored and walledoff. Horrible design. Like that didn't want people to go inside (which is odd for having a play place). Went inside and they answered my questions on specials and I told her my order and gave me the specials. I'm sure it was the... computer that tallied it but, she assured me that I'd get the deals and I did. Happy, smiling faces from all there! So over the course of 4 months, I've stopped here at various times. Yesterday evening marks my last time I come here or just any... McDonald's because this one is that bad. Basically every visit is met with rudeness somewhere down the drive thru line. It'sconstantly "What did you have?". I repeat my order 2 times every visit. I tried inside, because that seems like a better option.It's not. It's worse. You will stand there for 15 minutes minimum before you get your order taken. Yesterday evening I went tothe speaker and sit there for several minutes. Got my order taken and waited to go around to the first window to pay, stilltaking several minutes. So I paid and waited.. again. My wife and I waited and waited and waited and... you get the point. 20minutes of sitting behind a vehicle that was just going back and forth with the person at the window over what sounded likefries, I gave up. I lost $9 and some change I'm pretty sure I'll never get back from them because they never answer a phone andhonestly I don't care if I get it back, I never want to deal with them ever again. Honestly most things I'd ever gotten fromhere were either burnt to a depressing crisp or tasted weird anyway. Either way, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Iget understaffing but I'm at a job that's understaffed and somehow make it work like 90% of every other place does. I don't eversay this, having a high tolerance and I know people need jobs. But this place just needs either completely new management orshut down. Also, branding as fast food is false advertisement for this place. If you go, I hope you have better luck than I did.Good luck. Stopped by for breakfast this morning before work. There was only one car in line in front of me, so I didn?t have to wait long... at all to get my food. The lady at the window was friendly, but they did not give me the drink that I ordered (received teainstead of Diet Coke). Food was hot and tasted fine for the most part. The only issue with the food was that my hash brown wassoaked in oil. Read more
Worst experience I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s.I get to the drive through and get told it?s going to be 45 minutes for my order... to be taken. Funny enough another lady came over the speaker and took it immediately after I was told this? Ordered drivethrough by the time I got the window they lost my order and had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring me out half of my order. Iwouldn?t have been that upset if this hadn?t of caused me to almost be late for work all I know is I won?t be back.! Read more
