It?s McDonalds so don?t expect the reinventing of the wheel, but service was quick and the place was clean while I sat down and... ate. Fries were hot, shake was cold, and the quarter pounder was devoured. One of the better locations I?ve been to in theLexington area. Always using the app to get rewards and free food so it?s a no brainer to get some cheap grub. Read more

Friendly staff. Hot fries. LISTEN. HOT FRIES. That rarely happens at my local McDonalds. And the burgers were nearly looked... like the advertised ones. They were huge, I would definitely go back. Read more

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service is terrible and after all the time and money I've spent... here, they never get orders correct. Either they get an order wrong or leave items out completely. When you go back to try toget it fixed they want to argue with you and don't want to make it right. If at all possible don't visit this location. Read more

Cant take $100 bills ?because there?s too many fakes?. Took 15 minutes to even order with 3 cars ahead of me. Another 10 minutes... to sitting in line waiting on the food. Horrible service, no smile, half of them standing around not doing anything. Will not beback. Read more

Convenient location, has a good amount of seating area. But I really hate the big, bright lights that hang low over the booths-... shining in your eyes. Someone really thought they were being clever with that design. No. It?s uncomfortable and it sucks. Whynot use fully AMBIENT lighting instead of blindingly DIRECT lighting? Seriously, it feels like I?m in an interrogation room, sitting next to this grey, concrete wall, in a stiff chair on cold, grey tile. Oh- and the ceiling?- also grey. The ceilingtiles are comprised of a fibrous, porous material, which looks very? third-world. I will say- these wooden tables are nice, though. The interior climate is too hot, and there isn?t much ventilation, so you can expect to be choking on the smell ofgrease. It?s as if it was designed to prevent one from getting comfortable. ?Just sit down, eat your food, and move along.? Itis this series of interior design choices that ires me greatly. To add insult, there is a ?NO LOITERING? sign right here in thedining area. Just as a little reminder that YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. It?s insulting. Look, if you don?t want someone in yourestablishment, you should have the balls to tell them to leave- instead of designing the whole place to be uncomfortable. Andthey think that adding wood paneling makes it okay. No, it?s not okay. Stop it, you corporate lunkheads. Also, they are playingloud rock music. Reminds me of my summer job at Guantanamo Bay, torturing prisoners in similarly lit rooms with loud musicblasting 24/7. Good times all around. Get McFucked. Read more

Worst trip ever. Got a sausage egg biscuit meal, got to window, when they finally brought my order it was just sand which. They... then brought me my hash browns after I complained, then had to bring my drink after they failed that also!!! Got to work torealize they gave me the wrong sandwich. A simple order entirely screwed up at every possible step. Read more

This McDonald's is the slowest in Lexington. You have to wait 20 minutes per visit. They may be short staffed, but come on. No... other McDonald's in the city is this slow Read more

Drive thru service was incredibly slow for 4:30PM on a weekday. Pulled up with one car at each of the two ordering lanes, and... waited about 8 minutes before we could order. Also took about 10 minutes waiting in line at the pick up windows. Very friendlyserver however. Read more
