Get back on the Xooker app!!!! Why aren't you on there anymore?? My friends and I probably spend a total of $150 at your... establishment every week. The great Xooker deals and deal marketplace certificates kept us coming back every week to get alittle discount and a loyalty punch. I had even earned a free cup of queso from visiting 5 times, and now it's disappeared and Ican't use it. You just lost 10 loyal customers, and I'm sure many more. The service at this location today was horrible. The guy preparing the food was too busy chatting with his friends to even... realize he had a long line forming. Then the cashier didn't know how to use the register and then without telling us, shecharged us $1 extra on each meal and $1 extra for using a card. Read more
Just went to the Moes inside the Fayette mall food court and it was the worst experience ever! Worst chicken quesadilla I have... ever had. The girl that took my friends and I order was higher than a kite and couldn?t even make the food correct let alonecomprehend what we were trying to order. She was rude and gave us a lot of attitude when my friend who ordered a taco salad witha little bit of pico asked for some of the pico to be removed because the girl threw a big scoop of it on top. She was moreinterested in listening to her AirPods than doing her job. Both of our food wasn?t any good and honestly was not worth payingthe money. My friend didn?t tip because of the poor service. Definitely won't be back and would not recommend. I have been to both the inside mall location and stand alone location off of... Nicholasville Road in Lexington. The level of cleanliness is lacking, staff don't seem to care what the 'make line' looks like,and there is food that spills over into different bins that the staff don't care of clean out. The quality of food for theprice is NOT GREAT! Rice and chicken were both dry and the salsas and BROWN GUACAMOLE looked like they had been sitting out forseveral days... I am very disappointed in my recent visits and will not be back. I'd rather go to Chipotle. Read more
