The food was good. The service is what was lacking. It took forever to get our bagel.
Practically every table in the place was was dirty. Got my kid a chocolate milk and it was spoiled. Sandwich was good, though.

Two disappointing visits in a row. Both times have asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel and have gotten the raisin one. However,... this second time they one upped themselves by not even giving me a knife leaving me no way of spreading my cream cheese. Seemslike mistakes that shouldn't be made. Read more
They must have bad management at this store. We ordered for curbside pickup, after thirty minutes in the pickup spot we finally... had to go inside and the order was nowhere to be found. The workers were not helpful or friendly either to myself or each other.We eventually were able to get our food but we'll definitely go somewhere else in the future. Read more
The people who were are just rude. I was accosted by three homeless people who were trying to get donations from the cars in the... drive up Lane. Then when I went to place my order I couldn't even get the stuff out of my mouth before the woman taking my orderwas cut me off asking me something else. Totally unprofessional and totally uncalled for. I wondered why I pulled up and theparking lot was empty. Panera is never empty but I can understand why this one is. So sad not impressed! Had a Great experience. Service and quality of food was great. We ordered the Signature Chicken sandwich along with soup and... was completely disappointed. I don't even know how to explain the taste of the chicken sandwich. What I do know is that I willNEVER get it again. It's pan fried and has some type of marinade or something on it. This is definitely a looks were deceiving.The photo looks better than the way it taste. In my opinion. The manager did refund me for 1 of 2 sandwiches that I purchased.I'll stick to the Broccoli Cheddar Soup from now on . No more swervin for me!!! The morning crew is always pretty reliable and fast. Got my soufflé warm every time. I think there was a computer issue they... couldn?t find my customer or member account. But resolved quickly. Keep up the good work! Read more
