Have had multiple disappointing interactions at this location. Will have to start going to another one. Twice, ordered a bagel... pack sliced and toasted, and they were cold and not cut. Even one time, after I checked them and asked the employee to pleasetoast them, I was told "that's only going to last like 5 minutes". Today, ordered a sandwich I waited a while for, and not evensure what this is that I received- some other sandwich not close to what I ordered. Called to see if they could deliver thecorrect sandwich to me and no one answered and then it hung up on me. Read more

The food is good but? - Don?t try and eat inside, you?ll wait 20+ minutes, I promise. - The prices are insane for the... proportions you get. - Staff isn?t all that friendly most of the time. Don?t dare check in on your food? it?s apparently aninsult. - They vacuum while your eating, so you can?t even have a conversation. I appreciate the cleaning, but why not do thisat closing? My tip for you? just use the drive thru, avoid eye-contact, and forget dessert. You won?t be able to affordit. And the management doesn?t read these reviews. They should, but they don?t. Read more

Ordered for pickup for 3:15, didn't receive order until 3:28, which caused me to be late going back to work. Burnt bread, cold... sandwich. The almond brew coffee I ordered had been sitting around since 2:48, it had someone else's name on it. Read more

This location is getting weird, I won't be back. On Aug. 11, I arrived wearing a printed t-shirt for kidney donation awareness.... The cashier, unprompted, spoke for a full minute on how his IV drug use and prior felony convictions would cause him to beineligible for kidney donation. It was super uncomfortable, I wasn't sure what to say. (It's just a t-shirt!) I returned Oct.26, and placed my order without issue. It was pretty slow to arrive, taking over 15 minutes. (Not bad, just slow.) Then mywife and I sat down, and an employee proceeded to turn on a loud vacuum and vacuum the whole restaurant! Guests at other tableswere mean to the guy, one yelled out at the employee, that it was ridiculous to ruin the ambience that way. Personally, Ifigured he was just doing what he was told, but it was still super-load and really did ruin the ambience. It should've waiteduntil after hours, at close, but maybe nobody could stay late to close up? Read more

As a member of the rewards program it felt like a real shame to have driven an extra 10 minutes out of my way; just to find that... they had decided to close up the drive-tru 20 minutes early. If I?m mistaken about them closing at 9 I?ll happily update myreview because I do quite recommend their new charged lemonades. Read more

This morning my wife and I waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches. After asking about our order an employee said they would check... on it and never returned after 5 minutes. We ended up leaving without our food because the service was so bad. I would recommenddriving across town to a different Panera to others who consider visiting this Panera. The service this morning was some of theworst I've experienced in my life. Read more

Drive-thru service was EXCELLENT! We had 5 different orders going thru the drive-thru... you know how that can be... and the... young lady was friendly, calm, patient, and throughal as we placed our order just minutes ago. The order was complete andcorrect and all hot items were hot! Thanks for having a drive-thru setup during the times in need to feed people at a socialdistance! Read more
