Absolutely worst experience, placed order at 7:29PM order didn?t arrive until 8:20PM and only received half of my order which... was cold and wrong. Ordered 3 pizzas and waited 45 minutes just for them to tell us they had made one pizza correctly, one pizza without the cheese,... and for them to forget the third pizza entirely. Ended up receiving no pizza at all, i genuinely had no clue service could getthis bad... Read more

No buffet anymore, no more reason to go. Pizza hut has been declining rapidly. It's sad. No one used to beat the hut. Now it's... rising prices, shrinking portions and no buffet. Read more

This place has just gotten so, so, SO bad. When ordering (online) last night I was given a 35 minute max window for delivery. If... it had said 2 hours- which is how long it actually took- I would?ve explored other options (including picking it up, as thisusually takes about 15 minutes). So our pizzas sat around and traveled around for about an hour and 45 minutes. You can imaginehow warm and tasty they were not when they arrived. We paid extra to get one of the pizzas ?pan? and with extra cheese, neitherof which we got. At the 1 hour mark, I called to see what was going on. I was assured that our order was out for delivery, andoffered a less than $2.00 discount on our total. (I haven?t checked my card today, so I don?t know if I got this dollar andsomething back. This was on about a $50 order, so not a meaningful discount.) We live less than 5 minutes from this Pizza Hut,and I would have gladly gone to pick it up had they been remotely up front with delivery time. So they got the order wrong,charged us for extras we didn?t get, and worst, delivery took two hours. Would anyone think Pizza Hut is worth all that? No, meeither. Hence the review. I?m writing this to save your easy, fun, Friday pizza night. If you?re on Richmond Road, go to Jet?s,Donatos, Big City, heck even Dominos is better than this. PS, you can look around my google reviews and see I?m not a normallynegative person. Ordered online through their website at 5:47 and was give an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. After an hour had passed I... called and she said someone had called in and provided my phone number, mailing address, and order information and triedchanging the delivery address to an address not covered so the order was canceled. I let her know there was no possible waysomeone should know this information besides myself and she said there was nothing they could do. I?ve had multiple issues withthis location and finding someone that is willing to help is non existent, wouldn?t recommend. Read more

I ordered a triple treat box, the one topping pineapple pizza was ok but the thin crust chicken with buffalo sauce was way over... cooked without any sauce and the breadsticks were also so overcooked they were inedible. Won't be ordering from this placeagain. Read more

They didn't cut my bread sticks up I got one big thing of bread I waited for 20 mins inside the store while the girl was on the... phone... then she hung up the phone and started to talk to an employee.... so by the time I get home to see I have to now cut myown bread my pizza wasn't fresh.... very unexceptable.....
