No service issues! Justin was attentive and took good care of us. Kid-friendly with a well priced kids menu. Good vegetarian... options and gluten-free pizza. The rosemary chicken pasta is great and the tiramisu is well made. You won't find fancy platingon their dishes but everything is yummy. I see some negative reviews here on the service quality. I was with a party of 9 witha three-way split check and had no errors. We got plenty of refills and our wait times were just fine. Service was prompt. We used to frequent here regularly and unfortunately won?t be back. Each time we go the service gets worse and worse. Seated... promptly by nice host but saw our waitress twice in the hour and half we were there. Food sat on counter until it was half coldand finally host brought it to us. Check was wrong so after waiting for server 15 min finally went to counter to have it fixed.Was told they?d bring me a new one. 15 min later all people except one were hiding out in back. Still no new check. Signed theone I was given (which was way less than we owed) and left. I?m not gonna beg you to take my money. Won?t be back. If you can?tfind a decent server then just have counter service because serving is clearly were you?re lacking the worst. However I will saythe pizza is not what it used to be. We tried to order a few different drinks and they were out...then out of the meat on one of the dishes we ordered. The salad... was super fresh and tasted great, but that was the highlight of the meal. Read more
This is a nice little restaurant. We went in just as they opened on a Saturday and they weren't busy. We did order at the... counter because unfortunately they didn't have a server but they were really apologetic about it and it didn't hinder ourexperience at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered calzones and the food was done quickly and it was verygood. I'm sure we'll go back to try some of their other things too. Read more
The food was great. Otherwise this was one of the worst places ive been. Came in to 6 tables, the others were dirty and... unattended, floor has been like this the entire 35 min we waited for a lg pizza and a calzone. When we got here and seated wewaited 16 min before asking our drink order or given menus. The waiter said they were talking about schedules n that was thedelay. Though you very rarely saw him afterwards. Hes hidden in back most of the time weve been here talking. When we got ourpizza it was the most uncut pizza ive ever had. Its so much work to get a slice cut with the pizza spatula that i dont thinkthey even attempted to cut past the cheese. Would NOT recommend eating here. I ordered on the phone and then drove about 45 minutes to get here for them to try to replace my entree with a sub. When they... were called on it, they said they?re out of chicken Marsala. Granted the guy who answered the phone was high but still. They hadmy number to call back. Never again. Should?ve gone to Chevy Chase. Maybe would?ve been better Aaand another 45 minutes laterI?m still waiting on the replacement entree I had to order. I should mention it?s Friday night so I?m not expecting the worldbut so many people have come and gone. There was an angry caller so I?m not the only one I guess.
