I had high hopes for this place but they reheat the pizza. Crust was very hard, flavor was good. Service was about as good as... watching paint dry. Never again, I do not recommend this place. Read more
Bad service. Pizza came out awful.
The service was awful it took me twice to get a pizza for carry out. The 1st time I was there at 730 and was told it would take... 45 minutes to get a pizza knowing it only takes about 15 to 20 minutes from previous experience but they just didn't want tomake it because he was cleaning up. I went back the next day at 7 and had to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged that I wasstanding there while he kept wipping the counter. As a restaurant manager myself I was shocked that this is allowed to go on atthis place. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and didn't get it. . Read more
My son wanted pizza we go up to order Im told the last of pepperoni was sold. The man stated he was putting another one in the... oven and give it 15 mins. I left to get my food came back and stood for some time finally the man looks at me and said sorry nopepperoni. Could you not have told me this before? The employees look tired and act like you are bothering them. I have had ahard day at work myself, but I cant act that way to customers. The manager stood there and said nothing. This is the rudest place I?ve ever spent money at and will never eat at again. All three woman that were serving me were so rude... and hateful that I couldn?t believe it. This one lady, I wish I knew her name, but she had the meanest look and worse attitudeof them all acted like she wanted to spit in my face. These woman must really hate their jobs and their life is my onlyexplanation to be honest. My friend didn?t even want to spend her money here after encountering this disgusting behavior andwent to Sarku to eat. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the pizza is good, otherwise it would be a half star?. The website clearly states... that it is open at noon on Sunday?s but it is not? it is usually about 12:15 but today (11/27/22) it is 12:46 and it is stillnot open!
