Was really a fast drive thru, I saw the commercial for the fried cookie dough biteds ala mode...and of course grabbed a bag if... ice...but look if you want a treat that will not make you feel like you over done it or totally ruined your diet go go go toSonic...you get just 3 bites and you get them hot and a small cup of vanilla ice cream for $3...sooo good...check it out!!! First of all... to the couple who stood in front of my car fighting and yelling, this after asking each car in the parking lot... for money, you don't yell and scream at a place full of people trying to have dinner. And I have no idea why they were not everonce asked to take it someplace else. After a good 35 min wait for our food, the food was cold, the server was rude, there wasstuff leaking from our drinks and when asked if we could have napkins it took her another 10 min to get the napkins, and onlythen did she go back to retrieve our change from a $100 bill. They left out the sauce, the straws, and the forks AGAIN! Every time I order from this restaurant, they forget the straws, the... forks, and the sauce. If this was the first or second time, then I would think it might be a one time deal and shrug it off. Thethird time I started getting a little annoyed. But this happens every single time from the sonic on Richmond road in LexingtonKentucky. I order there and they forget. I order online and they forget. Didn't really taste like the Sonic everyone is used to growing up. The food looked and tasted like it had been in a warmer hours... after it was supposed to be tossed, I got a number 11 meal which is chicken tenders, the fries were soggy. Only reason I didn'tcomplain is because we were in line at least 30 minutes and I was starving. A couple days later I tried the double cheeseburgeron the texas toast. That was nasty. If you have any type of cheddar burger you don't put mustard and ketchup on it you usegrilled onions. I can see why they are losing money and losing businesses. Servers are nice but it takes too long to get foodthat you might not eat in totality They don't even serve banana splits anymore so what is the purpose of a Sonic now? Not only is the food disgusting 99% of the time, service is trash. Sat parked for over 30 minutes trying to JUST order. Decided... since they weren't even going to make an effort to take my order, to hop in line. Hopped in lime, waited another 45 minutes. Andno, it wasn't busy. No one wanted to do their job. Not only that, a woman was smoking and then went inside, didn't wash herhands, and continued preparing food. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend eating here. It's a waste of gas and a waste of time. Havebetter luck going to McDonald's and ordering 20 separate times. Might even get the food faster too. Severely understaffed aswell. Attitudes are always garbage, too. I got a milkshake it was delicious however, as soon as I took a drink ( in my car) the lid popped off and made the worst mess !... C'mon guys let's be a little more aware of those "not so snapped down lids!" Kinda distracted me from really enjoying the shake!(Peanut Butter BTW) Read more
