My experience was better than I thought it would be when I was walking in. I wasn't sure of how to order my drink and Elizabeth... at the front counter was very nice and willing to help me figure out what I wanted. Her attitude and personality was above andbeyond. Thank you, Elizabeth. I highly recommended this location and if you ever have any questions about what to get or if youare unsure, ask for Elizabeth. Shes awesome. Read more

I feel like all Starbucks in general caters to the drive thru over the dine in customers. That was evident on this trip at this... location too. There were boxes stacked up around some of the tables and just indoor vibe wasnt welcoming. Read more

I couldn't believe the amount of rudeness from the employees here. Especially the young lady with the bandana on,saying rude... comments under her breath as if we couldn't hear her. It's not my fault you can't make a cup of coffee the right way. It's hotor miss on the charges,it's like they just charge whatever when you break down an order. Corporate needs to come in and clean upa little. It's filthy in there, too. Read more

I live nearby and have used this Starbucks for about 6-8 years. Lately, in the last year or two, it's taken a large hit in... quality. Oftentimes drinks/orders seem "off" even if surface-level it was okay (correct number of items and names). I think it'sprimarily consistency with how drinks are made, as they differ quite a bit each time I order, and other locations are moreconsistent/better overall. I've gotten drinks from this location I essentially just threw in the trash when I got home. "Whydidn't you take it back?" Let's be honest, no one wants to be "that person" when it comes to food items, so I'm giving feedbackhere. Also customer service is lacking lately, with interactions being short/rude, and not really seeming like they actuallywant customers there? Finally... Online orders. Every Starbucks location I have ever used, across the country, place the apporders out in a pickup area so you can walk in and grab-and-go. This location puts them behind the counter so you have to askfor them. That defeats the entire purpose of app ordering. You could say it reduces theft maybe, but I could easily walk up andsay the name on the tag I can clearly read if I wanted a free drink, OR, just say "Yes" when they ask if my name is "Jim" orwhatever. It's a bad system, it should be fixed. Read more

Every single time I come to this Starbucks the wait is 10+ minutes for a mobile order that was placed 10-15 mins prior. The... barista today was extremely rude when I checked order status after 27 minutes. Extremely poor run. As a DAILY patron ofStarbucks I expect more. Read more

I want to start off with saying I am a daily Starbucks drinker. I have previously tried the Tates Creek & Summit locations ... probably 100 times between the two before getting completely fed up with service and product. Starting coming to the Boston rd.Location and won?t ever go anywhere else. Staff is amazingly prompt and friendly and the coffee is exactly the same every timeno matter who is making it. Love this location!! Read more

I ordered a venti Chai Latte and it cost $5.25 and they left over an inch of empty space at the top. The only reason I'm not... rating it lower is because it still tasted really good and the drive-thru lady was nice. Read more
