I stopped at this Starbucks pretty much every day on my way to work. Sometimes I stop by on my days off as well. They do open at... 6 am during the week. I'm not sure what time they open on the weekends . The girls that work there are friendly and they know mydrink by heart&my drink is always consistent. As for the store itself there's plenty of seating available. They have a men's andladies rest room but you have to get the code from them. The store is always clean and well lit so you can read or work there ifyou choose . They do have outdoor seating as well so you can people watch up close and persona if that's your thing . The onlybad thing I can say is that if you decide to sit outside don't be surprised if you get asked for money, coffee or a cigarette. Read more
Staff attitudes, apathy toward customer service & wait times make this Starbucks not worth the trip. 20+ minutes of my day were... wasted *twice* this week waiting on my orders. Try one of the amazing local shops instead! Read more
Not at all a Starbucks customer, stopped in today because I needed to kill a few minutes before the bank opened. Arrived at 10... minutes till 9am. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, that's prefabricated and comes in a plastic bag so they don't actually have anyreal cooking to do. No coffee or anything else. Waited for 22 minutes before they finally asked me what I was waiting on, Ireplied the bacon cheese breakfast sandwich to which the girl replied they don't carry, apparently I said it wrong and had topoint out the only bacon egg cheese breakfast sandwich they had on the menu. Saw two people behind me already get theirs too, Imight add. Anyway that's when they start my order, I called it out and told them how long I had waited, and to have a goodafternoon as I walked out without my order or a refund. The tall blong girl covered it tattoo's starts barking at the back of myhead how busy they are, not even an apology, which I know she's capable of because while I was waiting I watched her give awayanother man's order to a construction worker who walked in after me simply because the gentleman it belonged to wasn't at thecounter when she yelled cheese Danish instead of a name or order number. When that guy asked about his Danish the constructionworker politely gave the order to man, good for him, than she apologized to the construction worker and offered to make himanother one free of charge while I'm still waiting on my overdue order that was in before his. I know I'm gonna get labeled a"Karen". But breath easier, not looking for a refund, or a gift card, small price to pay to know I'll never go back. Read more
How is this Starbucks even still open? I don't need the employees to engage with me or be dressed professionally but I'd like to... be able to actually order something. They're consistently out of pretty much every food option available and most drinkingredients. How you'll be able to pay changes every time you walk through the door, with them only accepting cash one day andthen only card the next. Horribly mismanaged and waste of time to visit. Read more
Let Me Start By Saying Before I Had Noticed The Gnats In My Drink That I Had Taken A Sip & Placed My Drink Back Down For A... Brief Moment. Never Have I Ever Seen Multiple Bugs Fly Into A Drink At Once But I Guess There?s A First Time For Everything. IAm BEYOND Disgusted & Should Have Known Better After Finding Out They Were Storing Milk And Food In The Bathroom Between The EndOf October & Before Thanksgiving. Read more

They have the best staff working here me and my friends are homeless in Lexington but we come in here everyday and make sure we... try to at least buy some coffee or something and sitting here and get warm until you know we go to our destination the staff arevery sweet and friendly and they never pass judgment and we appreciate everything that they do best staff ever Read more
