I work in a residential treatment facility, am pulling 16hrs today, and left all of my coffee fixings at the house. Thankfully... Starbucks was open. Espresso tasted terrible! I don't know if it was this location or what. I think I'm about done with Starbucks.
Only one person working the counter, so it was slow. The new fruit drink was GREAT!
Starbucks inside Kroger is not the same standard as stand alone Starbucks' stores. The "baristas" are just Kroger employees and... aren't fluent in the menu or the terms used when ordering as actual Starbucks employees, they're slower at making drinks, andjust the other day they were closed unexpectedly because the espresso machine was down. I avoid Starbucks in Kroger as much as Ican (especially this location). However, the Richmond Rd Starbucks location is under renovation, so this is the only option thatis close to where I travel. Hopefully Richmond rd Starbucks opens back up soon. Read more
