Espresso tasted terrible! I don't know if it was this location or what. I think I'm about done with Starbucks.
Only one person working the counter, so it was slow. The new fruit drink was GREAT!
Starbucks inside Kroger is not the same standard as stand alone Starbucks' stores. The "baristas" are just Kroger employees and... aren't fluent in the menu or the terms used when ordering as actual Starbucks employees, they're slower at making drinks, andjust the other day they were closed unexpectedly because the espresso machine was down. I avoid Starbucks in Kroger as much as Ican (especially this location). However, the Richmond Rd Starbucks location is under renovation, so this is the only option thatis close to where I travel. Hopefully Richmond rd Starbucks opens back up soon. Read more
Boo. Extra long waits with all the app and delivery orders taking up the barista's time and never has what we want, be it out of... decaf, low on desserts, and no stevia. Tired of being gifted gift cards that take so much work to redeem. The chain is goingdownhill. Read more
