There is no better sushi in Lexington than Sushi Blue. I celebrate every great milestone in my life here. Staff are very... accommodating and knowledgeable. Owner is super friendly and welcoming. Food is unbeatable! It's a place on the smaller, cozier side with delicious food and attentive wait staff. Their sushi was impeccable, and I've... enjoyed both their bulgogi dinner box as well as their udon soup. The food is fantastic in quality, flavor, as well aspresentation. My only qualm was that the mochi had an odd, unpleasant shell, but that's more a personal taste than anythingelse.
