I have been eating at Taco Bell for so many years and even though the prices have gone up quite a bit over the years it hasn't... been so much an issue because I have always gotten pretty nice portions of what I ordered. Until today! I got my usual burritosupreme, and when I unwrapped it I was just stunned. It had barely anything in it at all and what was inside started falling outan open end. When the sides of the burrito are touching and, when folded, would fit inside of a garden hose you know they reallydidn't care about what your food looked like at all! I have never had such a poorly made sloppy burrito at ANY Taco Bell and Ireally feel ripped off by this establishment! You won't ever get my hard earned money again...and shame on you for treating acustomer so poorly! Read more
BOTH misleading and FALSE advertising on there times. This Taco Bell's Lobby is NEVER open. PLUS this Taco Bell is WAY OUTDATED.
Maybe I just have a knack for showing at this location at the right times, but I've always had an excellent service experience.... If you've ever worked a hectic food service environment, you know that errors happen. Fortunately, one was corrected for me hererecently. And that's enough for me to tell you about it, considering the current state of labor availability at businesses likethis. I can't thank those enough who continue to stick out these transitional jobs like they do. Those customer service and timemanagement skills will follow you to better opportunities, I promise you. Terribly ran taco bell, ordered a Supreme variety pack and most of the tacos fillings missed the shell and ended up in the... wrapper and my lap as in the pictures below. There was maybe a tablespoon of beef in all of them. Not worth the $34! Never eathere! They also constantly forget items and refuse to answer the phone for any support. Will never return. Read more
