This was an interesting place... It reminds me of a old school Taco Bell but with better food. This place is a fast food... Mexican restaurant but I think the food and prices are way better than Taco Bell. I had the Taco salad which was very good. We came up for my son to have some test done at the hospital. Our lunch was at Taco Tico ???? They wouldn't pass up Taco Tico... with us in Lexington! We LOVE this place & come EVERYTIME we're up here!! Wish they would bring one back to the Corbin area!!!Their food is the best...hands down. We look forward to stopping in again...real soon! We always went to Taco Tico, we are from Lexington. But since we moved to Florida we only get the chance to visit a couple a... times a year. We always make it a point to go and enjoy the great food. The nachos and cheese did have a different taste but wasstill good. Read more

This is way better than Taco Bell. I didn?t even know this place was here, it was on the side street but I?m glad I saw it. The... meat tasted better and the cheese was tastier. I am very disappointed with Taco Tico food now. This is the Taco place I grew up with. About 4-5 years ago I would brag about... how good the food was over n above Taco Bell. Then it appears someone took over, the employees eventually changed & didn?t havethat familiar family like feeling. The food is very obviously microwaved in styrofoam with cheese melted into the container. There is a feeling that someone just throws it together & don?t care if you like it or not.
