Love the food here. Service is good to excellent. The fried Dill Pickles are tasty????. The steaks are never a disappointment.... The prime rib was good. The sauteed mushrooms were good. ???? Me and my girlfriend had a great time. We both got strips and they both turned out great. I asked for medium rare but it was... probably more towards medium, but it was still juicy and flavorful so there's no complaints here.The vegetables were a littleundercooked, mainly the carrots and the thicker parts of broccoli, but the sweet potato was great. Came here for date night tonight because we had a gift card and was seated in Adriane?s section. She was awesome, very polite... and gave us just the right amount of attention. Our food came out quick, I ordered the chicken critters with a Cesar salad andsteak fries. For $11 it was a huge portion of chicken! I think two people could?ve easily split it. A manager checked on us atone point, which was nice but we failed to share our experience with the hostess that sat us, Madison. She was one of the worsthostesses that we?ve encountered. We had to sit in our car to wait on a table, when we were notified to come inside we stood atthe host station where another girl said that Madison would take us back. Madison never greeted us or even really looked at us.While we waited to be acknowledged by her, she had to complain to the other girl about something that happened with her carbefore actually waiting on us where she quickly walked us to a table and immediately stormed off not saying a word or if she didit was under her breath. I even tried to thank her anyways and still didn?t get a reaction. Madison was very unprofessional, Ijust hope she doesn?t treat everyone like that. Adriane however, great employee and provided great service. Overall, we enjoycoming here for an affordable date night. We just hope you guys find nicer hostesses because they?re the initial face of yourbusiness that may make your customers decide to stay loyal or take their business elsewhere. Read more
Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. I recommend using their call ahead seating option. We were able to be... seated immediately when we arrived while there was a large crowd waiting for tables outside. I find that this Texas Roadhouse isusually pretty consistent with the quality of their food. We will definitely be back soon. Read more

It was phenomenal!!! Wow what a place and what a service. Samantha was our server. Service was fast, and the food was delicious!... The manager came over to make sure we liked the food, that was an extra touch to the superb service! The prices are awesome too! Read more
My waiter, Tommy, was really great and absolutely nothing that happened was his fault, just to be clear. It?s not the service... team that?s the problem per say. However, my friends and I waited over an hour to get seated (which was expected) to have asubpar experience. Whenever we were seated, our table had old food and two beer mugs on it. Two of our rolls were under cooked,the pulled pork had a lot of burned bits, shrimp was over cooked, there were pieces of rice in the broccoli, and our mashedpotatoes were cold. We didn?t mention anything but the broccoli because we were just hungry and knew our waiter was busy. Hedid his best and I don?t blame him at all. But I wouldn?t suggest ANYONE visit this location unless all you?re gonna do isdrink. Read more
This meal encapsulated my Kentucky culinary experience in one go. Imagine, if you will, spending over an hour waiting for a... table. When you are finally seated, you order a steak to cap off a very long week- a 25$ meal to improve the day. 45 minuteslater, nearly two hours into your wait, this is slid onto your table. This is a "prime rib" in the way that "genuine leather" isleather- only by the strictest legal definition and clever marketing. I have never had a worse prime rib, and I've had a few infar seedier establishments. It came cold to the touch- you can see how congealed the (incredibly.. generous) fat is in thephoto. Like a flavorless gelatin thrown in at every opportunity. The meat had the texture of ham steak. Zero juice or beefflavor, just Great Value ham steak at steakhouse prices. I find it difficult to find the words that would describe my feelingsand not violate the terms of service. Suffice to say it was an insult. Do better, Texas Roadhouse. "Hand cut steaks" might havemeant something at some point but evidently not any longer. Read more
