Very good veggie burger with a fried egg and habanero. Cheddar tots are tasty: but more like a cheese curd than a tot in my... opinion. The milkshake line insanely busy and worth the wait. Read more

I?ve never had an issue with food at this place, but this man is working the grill with no gloves. He was putting bacon, buns,... and whatever else on the grill. Big health code violation and not a good look. This needs to be addressed. Read more

Super affordable and tasty. Burgers are great and it?s an experience. Lots of options for food. Had to wait a little to put in... our order and the guy that took our order (he can speak Spanish) gave us free drinks (if we wanted them) for our wait. Superhelpful while taking our order too. Great place. Read more

Went in just for some breakfast, got biscuits and gravy, milk, and a side of bacon. The food was okay, not amazing but not... terrible either. I went to go order just a Nutella milkshake and the person taking my order said he can't do milkshakes rightnow, he's the only person in. I'd understand if it's a big meal or something, but a milkshake? Id rather go to cookout down thestreet for a better experience and a cheaper meal. Read more

Good vibes. Good food. Always wanted to try Tolly Ho but never got around to it til one fateful late night when nothing else was... open! Went straight for the epic fries. Do not regret. Read more

Are you drunk? Is it 2 am? If so, 5/5 perfect experience. If not, the service is pretty slow and the food is decent dive food.... Greasy, salty deliciousness can be had here and it's great for a hangover or after a night bar hopping. Read more

A sluggish Sunday afternoon led Fat Man Reviews to Tally-Ho in Lexington, KY. Tally-Ho is a burger and breakfast joint that has... been a Lexington tradition since 1971. I had a Super-Ho with fries. The Super-Ho is a 1/2 pound double patty burger on alightly toasted sesame seed bun. I had it with American cheese, lettuce tomato, onion and mayo. You can customize the burgerwith different cheeses(American, Swiss, habanero and cheddar) as well as lots of other toppings(ketchup, mustard, Ho sauce, onion, lettuce, pickle, bacon, fried egg, BBQ or ranch). The veggies were fresh, the burger was juicy, kinda greasy and cookedwell. It's always a good sign when some grease drips off of the burger. The bun was fresh, held up well to the burger and thesandwich had a good burger to bun ratio. The fries were frozen from a bag, but they were cooked crispy and seasoned well. Themeal was excellent, but I wish they melted the cheese on the burger before serving it. The burger could also use a bit of saltand pepper when cooking. My fiancé tried a Tally-Ho burger with and cheese fries. She had lettuce, American cheese, tomato, pickle and mayo on hers. Again the burger was cooked well, the bun was fresh, and the fries were cooked and seasoned correctly. The cheese sauce tasted like a processed sauce that came from a can, not unlike a cheese whiz type of sauce. It had a slightcreaminess to it and there is a good amount added to the fries. Tally-Ho offers several breakfast items, including sandwiches, omelettes, pancakes and French toast. They also serve sandwiches along with their burgers. Bottled or canned beer is available, and they have some pinball and video games to enjoy. The Fat Man says that Tally-Ho is Fat Man Approved. We were ?Ho-Virgins? but we?ll be back to ?Ho? again. The Staff was really nice and it was a fun atmosphere. The food was... reasonably priced and really good. It had a ?dive? vibe with pinball machines and a counter to order at. They have burgers, allday breakfast and shakes. Read more
