Stopped by this location for a salad today. I was informed that salad dressing that came with that salad was out. I was... disappointed as that dressing makes this salad so good! Not the end of the world, I?ll give something else a try.. proceeded toadd a side of soup to my order. When I got to the window to pay i was informed that soup wasn?t ready yet. I could choosesomething else Or wait. Ok, annoyed but I?ll wait. Hand worker my gift card after waiting and their Wi-Fi was down so theycouldn?t accept my payment. Well at this point I wasn?t willing to pay out of pocket for something I didn?t even know if Iwould like. Worker responds ?do u want to cancel order?. I said ?yes please?. ?Ok? and slams the window. There was no apologyabout the dressing being out. The soup not ready or the WiFi not working? i don?t expect anything free but some form of sorrywould have been nice. Read more

I use love this place and felt it worth the cost. However, my last two visits have been very disappointing. Typically I order... the Tuscan and add the salmon for additional $6 and then get a tea. The total cost for today's lunch was $22.16. as I mentioned,$6 and that was for the salmon. The salmon that I ever received the past two times has been like a brick! You cannot evenpuncture it with a fork. It's extremely overcooked and dry and hard as well. Sure asion but the past year but it does not comeclose to meeting the next expectations that it used to. I haven't eaten from here but my husband loves their salad. I've only been once to order for him and I'm giving 5 stars for the... excellent service and the fact my husband loves their salad.
