First timer. Great salad kitchen, portions, friendly staff, and clean. Went in for tuna salad, they didn't offer tuna, so I went... with chicken. It was really good. Only suggestion just a few more protein options, maybe some venison, tuna, or even some steak.Shrimps were pretty tiny too and I may have missed them, I didn't see any tomatoes either. We've eaten at Vinaigrette dozens of times over the last year, and generally it's very good. However, the quality seems to be... declining. Today, we went in and the noodles we were served were moldy. The young man on the line was nice enough to dump themand offer something else, but then we noticed the lettuce was moldy too. We pointed out that the lettuce was brown and pink andhe said, "Oh, yeah, we should probably just dump that." Yes, you should and you should probably have done that before putting iton the line. If we hadn't pointed the mold situation out, they would have served us that garbage. Not impressed. Read more

I have eaten here multiple times and really like the salads. However, I do not appreciate eating an entire salad only to find a... hair stuck to the side of the bowl. Please make sure your employees are wearing hair nets. Read more
