The food was not cooked properly it was disgusting and all I had was hash brown smothered with onions tomatoes and cheese three... scrambled eggs and grits it was disgusting. Wow, decided to go there instead of free breakfast at hotel. Big mistake. Eggs were cold and watery, how does that happen? Stopped by before going back home to Purdue, Indiana and was immediately greeted by the lovely Mae. She was so sweet and worked... efficiently, and my mom couldn?t stop staring at the cook doing work because he worked alone but still managed to get the ordersready on time. Go to the Waffle House in Beaumont. This location is disgusting. I won?t be specific so as to not get anyone in trouble, but... food safety was not the top priority. I will not go back to this location since it was so dirty and obviously mismanaged. I hopeI don?t get sick. I would recommend for the manager in the future to place more of an emphasis on food safety and to take anactive role in making sure basic health codes are enforced.
