Absolute worst customer service. Because of the poorly functioning speaker, I couldn't hear the employee well, so I proceeded... with my order. I get the luxury of being shouted at, " I SAID just a MINUTE!" If I could have pulled out of the line, I wouldhave but the layout would not allow. I continued to order, giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I paid and was handed mybag, I opened it to see if I had all 3 items. When I did, I get shouted at again, "That's IT!! Go ON!" Service was very slow. Yes they were busy but when you stand in line for 15 mins an no one acknowledges that you are standing... there something is wrong. Get my order fires we're salted way to much an rest of food was cold. Wasted my lunch time an money onthis go around. Read more
This is the most disgusting Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. The bathrooms were gross, there wasn?t a single clean table, there were... no spoons or ketchup available where the silverware and napkins were. It was just gross. Read more
DO NOT GO INSIDE! Dirty, no ketchup available, play place "closed for covid" in June 2022. KFC was drive-thru only due to "no... staff". Outside KFC door was unlocked but inner door was locked so people kept getting mad. Read more
Great breakfast, which is the only time I go to this location, but they seem to have a problem with being available. They open... at 6:30am, I?m consistent coming through the area around 7:15. Three times now in the past month, nobody answers the drivethru. Once in March, once last week, and again this morning. Fairly annoying to sit at lights both coming and going fornothing. Won?t be going back since I can?t tell if I?m wasting my time at this point. Only extra star is because theirbreakfast is really good, when you?re able to order it. Read more
Don?t get lured in because of the play place! This place is very dirty the floors the bathrooms the playset absolutely... disgusting! The actual wendy?s Food was what you would expect except on the lower end. It took 25 minutes for a cheeseburgercatchup only and a chicken wrap. overall wasn?t worth it Definitely not coming back. This place is a dystopian nightmare. Pretty sure the woman who took my order and gave me my food hates me for being here. The... look of loathing in her eyes is palpable. Also the place is just dirty. The floors, the tables, the bathrooms. The burger Iordered was squished, lifeless, and stale. Asked for large and got a small. I wish I had gone anywhere else. Read more
I ate at the KFC inside of the Wendy's,not actual Wendy's.Service was awful, it took forever to get my food and it was cold. The... girl at the register was touching her nose and then went to the back to help make food. Nasty lobby, food all over the floor, noclean tables. This is a place I will never go to again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else go either! Read more
