Order was ready fast, fries actually hot and fresh, burger was assembled not slung all over the bun, and the cashier informed me... of a discount I wasn't aware of, store was clean and I noticed them comp a senior who was short on his coffee and tell him itwas on the house....very cool. Read more

The lady who takes out order inside in the late afternoons is a MUST!! We normally stop at least 4-5 days a week after work and... she has the personality, skill, and customer service that every employer strives for in a business!!.She somehow in those fewminutes brings our attitudes right back in order. This woman (embarrassed I don't recall her name) is a leader and if she wouldbe willing, would make a huge difference in.the attitudes and personalities of her coworkers. Rude employees to start (if you don't like your job, find another one. Nobody told you to work at Wendy's). Cold food, no... condiments given with the SIX 10 pieces I ordered for my family. All the medium fries were half full. I'm over this place. Ikeep giving them chances because the turn over rate is so high and I'm always hoping someone will be pleasant and actually getit right. This wendy's is getting worse. Last week ordered a baked potato and had to go back across town to get my butter and sour cream .... Tonight I ordered a Dave's single with no onions and it was loaded. Can they not get one order right ???? Read more
