Absolutely horrible service...took 23 minutes for food, 14 minutes at the window alone. All 4 employees standing around one... eating a frosty leaning eating it, another employee leaning on drive thru window. There were others waiting in the pickup area. Four irresponsible kids. I spend $26 and by time got food was cold, screaming hungry kids and no straws or napkins. OtherWendy's are great but stay away from this one. Read more

Ordered delivery. After an hour finally got my food. Watched the driver's car go all around the city before making his way to... me. By the time he got here my drink was not only wrong, but also watered down. The bun was soggy and the fries were cold. Triedcalling the store a couple of times and got no answer. I know that my driver was a door dasher and he tried to argue with me. Read more

I am disabled and elderly, my daughter stopped at Wendy's on Broadway in Lexington, KY. She ordered a salad, small chili and a... cheeseburger. When arriving home we learned the boy didn't fill the order correctly leaving off the cheeseburger. So she wentback, got the burger and the boy didn't say "I'm sorry" or "Thank you". The meat was barely warm and the bun cold, althoughthe chili was hot which was good. I won't be coming back to that Wendy's any more. Read more

This location on broadway purposely turns their lights off around 11:30 pm or earlier. This is not fair because the restaurant... has its operating hours and the Manager working at night turn the lights off to convince customers that they are close. Uppermanagement needs to look into this. People travel distance to get food and the only way you know that they?re open as if youdrive up to the speaker and order food with the lights off. When you tell them the lights are off they act like they did notknow turn them on and then later turn it off. Read more

So I'm changing my review. I honestly feel like the place has gotten a little better since my review. Yet, I only eat the... breakfast menu since my review too! Staff seems a little friendlier and I can't lie my breakfast sandwich and potatoes arealways hot and fresh! There's a lady, African American woman, she's cool and I can tell she works hard and truly does well ather job. Still could use some improvement but I think it's gotten better!! 1 ???? to 2 and half so 3 ???? This Wendy's is forsure going downhill! My food was not consumable (spicy chicken sandwich) at all. My first bite was a huge piece of breading nochicken. I spit out. That made me examine the sandwich. The actual chicken filet didn't fit the breading which doesn't make anysense, and the chicken was hard and very dry! My whole order (I ordered a total of about $20) was horrible! Cold burgers andfries! The only thing up to par was my strawberry lemonade. Honestly im iffy about that too, wont be drinking anymore because mystomach truly hurts!! I swear! Food so bad that I had to write a review! Will call corporate because someone will truly get sickwith what I was served tonight! Plus im pregnant smh! Get better Wendys on South Broadway! BEST WENDY'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Online ordering went smoothly and quickly. Workers were courteous to me, as... well as to each other. They seemed to be having a fun time while getting the job done. Much to my surprise, the fries really AREhot & crispy!!! Also, they gave me the EXACT number of honey mustard packages I asked for! Usually we receive great service from this location but unfortunately today that was not the case. Not only was the drive... through running so much slower then usual we also received both our orders of the Bacon Pub Fries ($3.29 EACH) without anybacon! When we continuesly tried to call the store to complain the phone rang busy (over a 10-15 minute time frame). Not only isthat quite frustrating but it also causes your customers to feel ignored and disrespected, especially for that long of a timeperiod. I hope management is able to get to the bottom of this issue and make sure it is corrected. Read more
