TLDR; order for pickup. If you eat-in and the waiter doesn't take your drink order in the first 10 minutes, say... something. Context: Asked for a table outside and the waiter never came to take our drink or food order. After 30 minutes I hadto ask the front desk for help. They seated us inside and a different waiter apologized, took care of us, was very kind, helpfuland attentive. The food was good but in total, it took 60 minutes until we were eating. I was curious if my experience was anisolated incident but looking at reviews on yelp and google, there seems to be a reoccurring issue which prompted me to add myexperience. Read more

If you're looking for amazing garlic knots, come eat here. If you're looking for really good pizza with a one of a kind tomato... sauce base, come here. If you want a really decadent spinach and artichoke dip, I suggest you come here to try it! And try theiramazing spaghetti and meatballs, a simply made but intensely enjoyable meal for kids and grownups alike! For dessert, I suggesttheir chocolate cake, it's to DIE for! I ate my very first pizza at this restaurant when I was five years old, and the qualityof their cuisine, the friendliness of their staff and most important of all, their tomato sauce recipe has remained top notchfor over 20 years. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Our server Misha was absolutely incredible so nice and sweet. She was very professional and made... sure all of our needs were met in a timely fashion. Worst pizza i ever had today, Makes dominoes looks like a 4 star pizza place. A four year old in my kitchen can could do better... without instruction. - #1 pizza cheese burnt on top, #2 not cooked in the middle, #3 uneven cooking on bottom. Save your moneygo elsewhere!, I appreciate your response, What i would like is a refund for the 3 pizzas i bought on sunday. $60 + dollars. The staff were incredible, we had a handsome tall bald gentleman take care of us, he was kind and attentive. My chicken parm was... delicious. Definitely would come back.
