Came in during the morning rush. I was acknowledged immediately by a very polite and upbeat worker named Hussein (not sure if I... spelled it right). Despite being very busy, he explained the menu to me and even recommended some bagels as well as a delicioussausage egg and cheese sandwich! Terrible experience here. Visited in April to pick up a pre-placed order. Employee Hussin informed me that it was still being... worked on. I waited 15 minutes and then confirmed the name on the order and that it was still being worked on. After another 15minutes I ask Hussin to please check if it's still being worked on. He appears annoyed, goes back and grabs a Doordash order fora completely different customer, drops it on the counter for me, and goes back to assisting customers who had arrived well afterme. I inform him this is not my order. He looks very annoyed now, actually checks the names on the tickets this time, and curtlyinforms me that the order "will be a while". Left and moved on with my day. I ordered two sandwiches, Brisket bagel & Egg tomato w/avocado, they were the specials; big ads in store showed them... prominently. The worst Bagel Shop around.. My three year old niece could make a better sandwich.
