Went there for the first time! Taken aback after seeing a small mouse running around the dining area. Immediately let the... serving team know but they couldn't do anything. Paneer tikka appetizer was tasty. Hyderabadi biriyani tasted had an overpowering flavor of saffron. Makki roti was good. Ordered delivery from Clay Oven today. The Pav bhai, Samosa and Mutton curry were really good. The mutton tasted almost like how... it tastes back home in India. However, the butter chicken was very disappointing. The chicken had a very off taste and didn'ttaste right. The curry itself was also very ok. Will definitely give them a chance again though. Had the lamb chop kabab, very tasty.
Good flavors, good device, nice outdoor patio (6 or so tables with umbrellas). We enjoyed it. Korma lamb and lamb kebab,... spinach and cheese rolls. Read more
Fabulous food and service and lovely seating outside. We had the Dahi Chaat papdi appetizer which was well made. The... complimentary papad was also delish. We got lychee paneer and almond naan both of which were fantastic. For the non alcoholicdrink I highly recommend mango mojito. We will definitely be coming again. Read more
One of the best indian restaurant in Boston! Excellent service with personalized attention. Food is of course amazing. A few... very unique preparations on the menu (paneer lychee; gobhi gulistan etc). We also had grilled chicken with black pepper and itwas delicious. Additionally, they have missi roti as one of the breads servings. Lastly, Gajar halwa trifle was very delicious.Highly recommended. Read more
An upscale place in Lexington. I got to know about clay oven through seated app. I like the menu since we had a good variety of... vegetarian options and some with a hint of fusion. We ordered pav bhajji bruschetta and mango avocado chaat as appetizers. Wealso got a few drinks. The pav bhajji bruschetta came as pav bhajji (no twist). Yet tasted good. So did mango avocado chaat. Itwas fresh and that's kind of a must. We also ordered lichie paneer. I have only one feedback for that - when there is a fruit sosweet in curry, I would have liked the curry itself to be nice and spicy. I didn't care a lot for the mildness with thesweetness. The bread was good along with the curry. Service was great. She was nice and prompt. We were seated outside on goodweather day. So all in all had a good experience. Read more
Hidden gem for authentic Indian cuisine. In the Warner months they offer patio dining. The food was delicious and the service... was fast and friendly. Naan is cooked fresh in house! They have a good variety of dishes, including many vegetarian ones aswell. I did not rest in the dining room but it looked comfortable enough when I picked our food up.
