Long story short, we found one of our pick up orders messed up after getting home. Called them to solve it out but they were... rude and unapologetic, and even suggested that just we have it just as is without any effort to fix the issue. When I pressedfurther the best they they could do was for us to drive there again and pick up the correct order while missing a meal with thefamily. So difficult for something as simple as pizza dinner. Lost another customer. Read more
The driver was hella rude, and nasty... as I called they just kept hitting buttons and wouldn't talk to me while I was trying to... find the driver. Honestly, order from doordash.. let this place get new management and then try again. Read more
Writing my review after the third time trial of domino?s pizza. I tried the homemade pizza, cheese lovers and chicken. Very good place. Only fault is app that sometimes when you leave you can NOT return to said order tracker and sometimes the... drivers A) dont read the delivery instructions properly or at all and B) mislead some people using app to believe their food hasbeen delivered 5-10-15 minutes before their order is even delivered to the door. We ordered our pizzas around 10:45pm and we where earger to eat, I used the tracker to see when our pizza would be arriving.... About an hour past and still no pizza. The tracker said that it was delivered but it obviously had not been. I tried calling thestore multiple times but no one answered. Read more
AVOID!! There are many better choices out there. Friendly staff, but grossly incompetent. Don't order the Brooklyn-style crust,... they will mess it up - guaranteed, each time. Then you will find yourself waiting for them to remake it each time while yourother pies sit there getting cold. Extra sauce? Apparently that is a challenge for them as well. Wafer thin sauce. It got so badthat I requested a little container of sauce, and was willing to pay for it. The staff was nice enough to provide me thecourtesy to make up for the consistent problem...for a while, at least. Then one evening I was abruptly told that the owner puta stop to it. Mind you, I wasn't asking for preferential treatment here. I was trying to be a problem solver on a problem thatwasn't clearly in the owner's interest to resolve. Attempted to contact the manager/franchise owner on several occasions todiscuss the consistent problems and figure out a way to resolve these issues, but with no success. I even contacted DominosCorporation to have them reach out to her/him. Both attempts fell on deaf ears. There are myriad choices in Lexington for greatpizza and with better service. In fact there is another pizza place 3 stores down - I think I'll try that one! There are atleast six other options in the town as well, and more than likely to treat this regular weekly customer better. Very shamefulthat that the Domino's corporation, in recent years, has made great strides to provide a better ordering experience, only tohave apathetic owners such as this one run such efforts into the ground. Pizza is good, but delivery driver, David, was rude and complaining about delivering pizza in the cold. He would not get out of... his car to deliver the pizza to my front door. He had me hold and carry everything from his car to my door. Again, it was not apleasant experience. Read more
Had a few friends over. Have ordered from this Domino's many times. After waiting an extra 20 minutes the driver called. He... told me that he was outside my house. Of course he wasn't. I attempted to assist him in finding my home. He was extremelyrude and unprofessional. I called again. The person who answered the phone stated it would be there in 6 minutes. Of courseit did not show up. I called back. The person who answered the phone stated, " I will talk to him and we will give you arefund." We will see! Extremely disappointing. Read more
