RTE 128 North Lexington, MA Truck drivers BEWARE ! ! ! ! I ordered with the mobile app, received an email receipt, and... confirmation in the app. I went inside to pick up my order and the app was no longer displaying the "order number" but itdisplayed the receipt instead. I was told that they don't know anything about this order and quickly dismissed. They flippedthru the order screen and decided that I was lying. I opened the email receipt and showed them the "order number" and again theFULL reciepts for my order. They said they can't find it and they don't know what I'm talking about. Very dismissive. I calledto file a complaint with McDonald's (corporate) and they said that it would be up to the franchise to refund my order. I'vetried to reach out to the franchise also but, of course, I haven't heard anything back. Be careful with these off brand storesand their employees. It sucks to drive all day and stop to eat only to have your money taken with ZERO recourse. Read more
Finally, a McD's that actually was fast, efficient and helpfull. Got the order correct. I dropped my fries all on the floor and... they gave me a new one.. Even though it was my fault. HIGHLY recommended! Read more

Had no choice but to eat at Hartford,CT. Order kiosks were all out.No employees in lobby to explain what was happening until... people started leaving or got yelled at.Food burgers and fries were warm at best and had no idea what is was available or howmuch each item was.Poor customer service. Don't bother with drive thru - do order via app & pickup inside but be careful cuz the number on the app is NOT the number the... employee calls out. If there's more than like 3 ppl in line (after 9p), do yourself the favor and just go to a differentlocation. GAS STATION SHUTS OFF PUMPS AT MIDNIGHT TO "CLOSE" BUT "REOPEN" RIGHT AFTER. Only takes a few mins - wait is noproblem. Also - HONEY DEW AT NIGHT WILL LIKELY BE CLOSED BUT GAS SIDE HAS COFFEE :) Read more
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Terrible customer service, refused to acknowledge customers. Waited in line for 10 minutes,... then they decided to close the drive thru. I proceeded to wait inside for another 10 minutes but the rude staff refused toacknowledge anyone in the line and we all walked out. Will boycott McDonald's and this location doesn't deserve a cent. This wasat 230 am, the night shift are a bunch of idiots. Read more
Workers were super rude and not to mention they had AirPods in not listening to people. The woman taking our order was yelling... at one of the other employees in front of everyone. Order didn?t come out right we got this pathetic excuse for a chickensandwich. Read more
